What is Time Line Therapy?
Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) is a powerful and structured intervention that was developed by Dr. Tad James in 1985. It can be used to heal emotional traumas, eradicate unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and release the effects of past negative experiences which all lower your well-being and quality of life.
How does it work?
It is a reprogramming process that utilises a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious mind in a variety of ways. TLT provides freedom from unwanted thoughts or behaviours by releasing the negative emotions from the memories that first caused them.
What results can you get from TLT?
Beliefs such as ‘I’m not good enough’, create false limitations and restrict your ability to create reachable and attainable goals. These beliefs come about as a result of past experiences. The techniques of TLT give you a way to discard them for good, learn from your experiences and create useful and empowering alternatives, producing positive results on your “Future Time Line”. TLT’s simple methods help individuals refrain from being reactive to present situations based on past experiences. Essentially, it promotes living in the present!
