Thought Field Therapy, or TFT, is the sequential tapping procedure that Dr. Roger Callahan discovered over 30 years ago, which provides a code to nature’s healing system.

TFT uses a tapping sequence in the form of a healing code. The tapping is done lightly on certain points with the fingers, and is not unlike acupuncture.
